Intro

United Way Northwest Indiana is a non-profit organization that helps residents in the area to beat unbearable challenges such as financial peril, homelessness, drug addiction, disability, hunger and more. It operates in a dynamic environment, where engagement with their supporters and donors through social media platforms is paramount. Additionally, the CRM database serves as a repository for valuable information about donors, volunteers, and partner organizations. With the wealth of data available across the siloed sources, United Way struggled to extract meaningful insights effectively and needed a solution to integrate all data in one place.
